Returns & Exchanges

At Blue Jeans, we want you to love your denim; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring the package is taped securely before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, usually within 5-7 business days, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange.
